Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account directly from the Steeze mobile app. This process is permanent and will remove all associated digital assets and credentials from our core systems.
Deletion Steps
Follow these instructions within the CopyMe mobile environment.
Open App
Launch the CopyMe application on your device.
Profile
Navigate to the Profile tab in the navigation bar.
Settings
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
Select Delete
Tap on the "Delete Account" option at the bottom.
Confirm
Provide final authorization to wipe all account data.

What happens when your
account is deleted?
Deletion is immediate and irreversible once confirmed.
Permanent Removal
Your profile information, including history and preferences, is permanently purged from our active databases.
Credential Deletion
Authentication credentials and security keys are deleted, preventing any future access to the legacy account.
Trade Cancellation
All active trades or pending orders will be immediately cancelled without the possibility of recovery.
Data retention policy
While profile deletion is immediate for the user, some transactional or legal records may be retained temporarily. This is strictly for:
- Fraud prevention and security audits
- Dispute resolution and active claims
- Tax, legal, or regulatory compliance mandates
